Living here has been quite the experience, definitely exceeding my expectations. The communal meals really foster a sense of belonging, making me feel part of something special. It's a stark contrast to back home, where everyone tends to keep to themselves. While the facilities aren't anything fancy, the welcoming atmosphere and camaraderie among us students make it a place I truly enjoy returning to. 😊

This place is full of lively nights that lead to some unforgettable memories with friends, making it a unique spot to experience university life. I found that during exam season, the energy is a mix of frantic studying and letting off steam, which can make it tough to find a quiet moment for work. But honestly, the buzz of activity adds to the charm and excitement of being here.

St Salvator's Hall can get noisy at times, especially with students coming in and out late at night. If you value your sleep like I do, consider bringing earplugs or a white noise machine to help drown out the sound, as it can be a bit disruptive when you're trying to study or catch up on rest.

Living in this place is all about embracing the quirks, especially when it comes to the showers. It's a bit of an adventure since one day it might feel like you're under a rainforest and the next it's more of a light drizzle. Had a laugh with a mate about it, saying it really adds something unique to the uni experience. Despite that, adapting to life here is easy and just part of the charm.
