 Park View, one of our university-owned residences, is a spacious accommodation option for undergraduate students. With over 1,200 en-suite rooms, it provides ample living space. Situated just an 11-minute walk from the Students' Union, Park View offers convenient access to campus amenities.

Getting to Park View

Park View is conveniently located just an 11-minute walk from the Students' Union, as well as being in close proximity to the University Sports Centre and Medical School. Additionally, it is only a 15-minute walk away from Newcastle city Centre, providing easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Building Security

Each resident's university student card is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Park View. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as requested.
