Comparing what I pay to what I get, it feels like a fair deal with the wifi, facilities, and proximity to everything. Unlike some places I've seen, it doesn't feel like I'm overpaying, which is a relief during this tight first year.

Reliability at quay point is great, but sharing kitchens means they can get messy quickly if your flatmates aren't tidy. the staff is responsive, but they can't monitor every room, so it sometimes requires a bit of patience. it's not a dealbreaker, but it's something to keep in mind if you like a neat space.
