Newgate Court, owned by Unite Students, is a managed partnership residence. Situated in the city Centre, it offers modern and stylish accommodation just a 12-minute walk from the Students' Union. The residence provides contemporary bedrooms in a prime location close to a variety of amenities such as shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Each flat consists of 6 to 10 en-suite rooms and features excellent communal areas for socializing.

Getting to Newgate Court

Newgate Court is positioned in the vibrant city center, surrounded by a wide range of shops, cafes, bars, and attractions. Within a short walking distance, you'll find Newcastle University's Business School, Frederick Douglass Centre, and Urban Sciences Building. The Students' Union is also easily accessible, taking approximately 12 minutes to reach.

Building Security

Each resident's university student card is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Newgate Court. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as requested.
