The Grand Hotel, a university-owned residence, is situated on campus and provides easy access to the city Centre's shops, restaurants, and bars. It offers en-suite rooms arranged along long corridors, with shared kitchen/lounge areas designed for 6-10 occupants. This residence is exclusively available for postgraduate students.

Getting to Grand Hotel

The Grand Hotel offers a prime location, being only a two-minute walk from the campus center and less than five minutes from Newcastle's vibrant array of shops, bars, and restaurants. It holds a special appeal for book enthusiasts, as it is situated above the campus bookshop, Blackwells. Additionally, Haymarket Metro Station is within close proximity, providing convenient access to popular attractions, amenities, the central train station, the airport, and even the beach.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Grand Hotel. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
