Kensington Terrace, a university-owned residence, is conveniently situated within a five-minute walk from the Students' Union. It comprises 10 townhouses that have been thoughtfully converted, providing accommodation for 7-17 students in each house. This residence is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate couples.

Getting to Windsor Terrace

Windsor Terrace is a part of Kensington Park Student Village, just a short seven-minute walk from the campus center and the vibrant shops, bars, and restaurants in Newcastle. Adjacent to the Philip Robinson Library and Marjorie Robinson Library Rooms, it offers convenient access to study spaces right from your doorstep. Both Haymarket and Jesmond metro stations are also within a five-minute walk, allowing easy travel to other areas in the Northeast.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Windsor Terrace. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
