The Angel on Crossgate in Durham is a superb bar offering a fantastic selection of drinks and excellent food from Ye Old Elm Tree across the road. With a unique alternative vibe, it features a traditional exterior, but a superbly decorated interior with punk posters and comfortable seating. The bar also boasts a great outdoor seating area.
