Pritchatts House, at the heart of Pritchatts Park Village, comprises 21 flats with a total of 163 rooms across five storeys. Each flat includes seven to ten en-suite bedrooms and a shared kitchen and dining area. There are also smaller flats for three to five students. It's a central location, and residents have easy access to the village's new Social Hub.

Getting to Pritchatts House 

The accommodation is at a distance of 200 ft from the Main Campus. Birmingham has an extensive bus network, and there are several bus stops near the University. Just around 2 minutes walking distance you can reach from the accommodation place to the University of Birmingham.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Pritchatts House . Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
