Located in the center of Pritchatts Park Village, Pritchatts House is made up of 21 apartments spread over five stories that together have 163 rooms. In addition to a shared kitchen and dining space, each apartment has seven to ten en suite bedrooms. Smaller apartments can accommodate three to five students as well. The village's new Social Hub is conveniently accessible to the locals due to its central placement.

Getting to The Spinney

The accommodation is at a distance of 100 ft from the Main Campus. Birmingham has an extensive bus network, and there are several bus stops near the University. Just around 2 minutes walking distance you can reach from the accommodation place to the University of Birmingham.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of The Spinney. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
