Situated in the heart of the Pritchatts Park community and set back from the road, these townhouses are newly constructed for 2023. There are nine townhouses in total, each featuring nine en-suite bedrooms spread across three floors, including some fully accessible rooms. Additionally, there is a shared kitchen and dining area for the residents.

Getting to Pritchatts Road Townhouses

The accommodation is at a distance of 100 ft from the Main Campus. Birmingham has an extensive bus network, and there are several bus stops near the University. Just around 2 minutes walking distance you can reach from the accommodation place to the University of Birmingham.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Pritchatts Road Townhouses. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
