The Metalworks is a modern student residence located at the edge of the University of Birmingham campus, offering contemporary living spaces. Despite its history as a car factory, it now provides stylish accommodation. It's conveniently close to the university and the vibrant student life of Selly Oak. Plus, easy access to buses and trains makes it simple to explore the city center, where you can experience Birmingham's popular Bullring shopping center and lively nightlife. It's a great place for students seeking a convenient and modern living experience.

Getting to The Metalworks

The accommodation is at a distance of 0.5 miles from the Main Campus. Birmingham has an extensive bus network, and there are several bus stops near the University. Just around 8 minutes walking distance you can reach from the accommodation place to the University of Birmingham.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of The Metalworks. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
