The bathroom facilities consist of a toilet, washbasin, and a bath with an overhead shower and/or a separate shower. In 40-week let areas, the bathroom is shared between an average of 6 students, while in 35-week let areas, it is shared between an average of 9 students. The shared kitchen, accommodating up to 18 students, is equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing board, and cupboard space.

Getting to Rootes

The accommodation is at a distance of 0.6 miles from the Main Campus. Bluebell is a10-minute walk from University. Warwick has awesome facilities and easy ways to get to the city – there are buses and a train station.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Rootes. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
