The bedrooms, averaging 10 square meters, are equipped with a standard single bed (190cm x 91cm) featuring a mattress protector, along with a wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, desk lamp, chair, and wastepaper bin. A network port is available, but bed linen, duvet, and pillows are not provided. The shared bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin, and bath with an overhead shower, with some rooms having level access bathrooms, shared between 2 students. The shared kitchen, accommodating up to 8 students, is furnished with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ironing board, offering cupboard space. Notably, the majority of hobs are induction, requiring the use of induction pans.

Getting to Claycroft

The accommodation is at a distance of 0.9 miles from the Main Campus. It is a 10-minute walk from University. Warwick has awesome facilities and easy ways to get to the city – there are buses and a train station.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Claycroft. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
