There are bedrooms, averaging 12 square meters, feature a three-quarter size double bed (120cm x 190cm) with a mattress protector, along with a wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair, wastepaper bin, and wall mirror. A network port is available, but bed linen, duvet, and pillows are not provided. The en suite bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin, and shower. The shared kitchen, used by up to 12 students, is equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ironing board, offering cupboard space. Notably, the kitchen is equipped with induction hobs that require the use of induction pans.

Getting to Cryfield Townhouses

The accommodation is at a distance of 0.7 miles from the Main Campus. It is a 10-minute walk from University. Warwick has awesome facilities and easy ways to get to the city – there are buses and a train station.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Cryfield Townhouses. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
