Living here has its ups and downs, but for the price, it helps keep my budget in check. The atmosphere is a mix of focused study sessions during the day and social gatherings at night, which suits my lifestyle as a student. Plus, being able to find roommates who get the same struggles makes it feel less isolating when assignments pile up.

Surprisingly spacious for student accommodation, the common area really encourages socializing and game nights, which made it more enjoyable than I thought it would be. On the downside, the kitchen facilities can feel a bit cramped during peak hours, making it a challenge to cook sometimes. Overall, it serves its purpose fine but isn’t without its quirks.

Heard someone say Botany Bay is like a little community within the campus, and I get why they say that now. everyone's genuinely chill and the sense of camaraderie is pretty strong. you're never far from a friendly face, which makes it feel a bit like home 😊

Really appreciated those impromptu evenings in the common room, where a few of us engineering students would gather around for a chat or a game. it was a bit cramped sometimes, but that just made it more fun. felt more like living with a bunch of mates than just flatmates.

Staff are always helpful and approachable, which makes everything run smoothly and creates a welcoming vibe. they've got a real knack for sorting out issues quickly, which keeps things stress-free when assignments are piling up
