Deans Court has a vibrant community atmosphere. It offers 61 furnished rooms, with 21 in the main building and 40 in other buildings. Shared kitchens and bathrooms are available. The hall features a large garden with barbecues. All beds are single-sized. Residents can choose a catered contract from Monday to Friday, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Nestled in a historically significant part of town, Deans Court occupies a building with a rich 15th-century heritage. Its location directly across from the Cathedral ruins evokes a sense of history. The hall benefits from a prime position, with the library and multiple Arts buildings just a short five-minute walk away.

At Deans Court, residents have key fobs for door access and individual room keys for security. The University provides a dedicated 24/7 security team trained in first aid.
