Deakins Place, a new student housing facility constructed in 2022, features 720 en-suite rooms, a top-notch 24-hour gym, yoga studio, and a fully equipped cinema room. Located next to Nottingham Two in Student Roost's Nottingham Student Quarter, it's a short walk to Jubilee Campus and Queen's Medical Centre, and a quick ten-minute bike ride to University Park. The accommodation offers modern amenities and convenient access to key university areas.

The accommodation is at a distance of 1.4 miles from the Main Campus. Deakins Place boasts an ideal location, with Jubilee Campus just a brief stroll away and easy access to the city center via a short bus ride. Its proximity to both the campus and urban amenities enhances convenience for residents, providing a well-connected and accessible living experience.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Deakins Place. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
