Dalton-Ellis Hall is a charming and historic hall of residence set within the leafy Victoria Park campus. Known as England’s first purpose-built university hall (opened in 1882), it offers a quieter, community-focused living environment with beautiful gardens and classic architecture. The hall accommodates around 250 undergraduate students across several blocks, including recently refurbished buildings.

The accommodation is conveniently situated within a 24-minute walk or 1.1 miles from the Centre of Campus. It can be reached even faster, in just 6 minutes, by bike. The campus is well-connected to the rest of Manchester through nearby bus stations, with a short travel time of only 14 minutes.
