Oak House is a sociable hall located in the heart of Fallowfield's vibrant student residences. It offers affordable rooms and is close to the University's sports facilities, as well as the busy shops, bars, and eateries in the area. Please note that there are plans to demolish the Owens Park Hall of Residence, which may cause some disturbance in nearby areas.

Getting to Oak House

The accommodation at Oak House is conveniently situated within a 37-minute walk or 1.8 miles from the Centre of Campus. It can be reached even faster, in just 9 minutes, by bike. The campus is well-connected to the rest of Manchester through nearby bus stations, with a short travel time of only 18 minutes.

At Oak House, residents have key fobs for door access and individual room keys for added security. The University provides a dedicated 24/7 security team trained in first aid.
