The Holt, located on the East side of campus, is a redeveloped accommodation owned and managed by our partners, Unite Students. It is conveniently situated approximately a 10-minute walk from the campus center and a 15-minute walk from the town center. The development centers around the listed Victorian mansion known as the Old Holt.

Getting to The Holt

Building Security

At The Holt, residents are given a key fob to swipe for entry through the doors. Each room has its own set of keys, allowing residents to lock and unlock their rooms when needed.
