Royal Park Flats, managed by Unipol Student Homes, provides affordable and modern accommodation for postgraduate students in the lively student neighborhood of Hyde Park. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from campus, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The flats offer shared bathrooms, open-plan kitchen and living spaces with washer-dryers, and an outdoor lawn with a BBQ for the summer. The bedrooms have recently been refurbished, featuring modern furniture, four-foot double beds, and sinks, making it a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Getting to Royal Park Flats

The accommodation is at a distance of 2.2 miles from the Main Campus. Leeds has an extensive bus network, and there are several bus stops near University of Leeds. Leeds is a bike-friendly city with many cycle lanes. You may consider taking a bus or go through railway stations according to your location.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Royal Park Flats. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
