It is important to understand, however, Birks is at the bottom of 'cardiac' hill which can sometimes be a climb!

Each resident's university student card is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Birks. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as requested.

Based at the bottom of Cardiac Hill, which is a pain to walk up. Biggest accommodation at the Uni so lots of people to meet and talk to. Close to Exeter St David’s train station. Morrisons 10 mins away with some cheap food and drinks
