Brew Lab's journey spanned an impressive four years, as co-owners Dave Law and Tom Hyde were determined to realize their vision for the perfect café. They dedicated time to carefully consider the type of café they wanted to create and their approach to brewing. Each day, Brew Lab offers two meticulously brewed filter coffees alongside popular espresso blends, all made with specialty-grade coffee sourced from Union Hand-Roasted Coffee and roasted to perfection.
