Staff here always manage to strike the perfect balance between helpful and chill, which makes the place feel more like a relaxed community rather than just student digs. popped by to ask about noise levels once 🙌 and they were genuinely listening, sorting it quicker than i'd expect. it's the small stuff like this that makes all the difference when you're miles away from home.
