Waking up to the view of Arthur's Seat here is a daily treat I never tire of. This place offers a perfect balance, delivering peace while keeping me close to the buzz of South Clerk Street. It's like living with the best of both worlds and making life feel effortlessly enjoyable.

Adjusting to life at Blackwood Crescent took a bit, but it’s been worth it. the mix of students means there’s always something happening, whether you're in the mood to chat or just need that quiet studying corner 📚😊

I thought Blackwood Crescent would have a typical student hall vibe, but it was unexpectedly welcoming. The environment is perfectly set up for both studying and hanging out.

Spent a night at blackwood crescent and while the room was alright, i have to say the location made it feel like everything in edinburgh was just down the street.

Was surprised by how quiet the area was despite being pretty close to everything. perfect for when you need to focus on assignments but don't want to feel isolated from the action. rooms were way more spacious than i thought they would be and it makes a difference when you're holed up during exam season.

Staff here always manage to strike the perfect balance between helpful and chill, which makes the place feel more like a relaxed community rather than just student digs. popped by to ask about noise levels once 🙌 and they were genuinely listening, sorting it quicker than i'd expect. it's the small stuff like this that makes all the difference when you're miles away from home.
