Fraser Court comprises 160 single study bedrooms, arranged in 3–5-bedroom flats with shared kitchen/living and bathroom facilities. Residents can also enjoy a communal common room on-site and have access to secure bike storage. The residence is conveniently situated near Holyrood Park, which offers scenic volcanic cliff faces, small lakes, and breathtaking views of Edinburgh.

Getting to Fraser Court

Fraser Court is situated within a short walking distance of 0.9 miles from the George Square (University Campus) and 1.5 miles from Kings Building. Students in Edinburgh can make use of the comprehensive bus network provided by Lothian bus services. The city is also known for its bike-friendly infrastructure, with a multitude of cycle lanes available for cyclists.

Building Security

Each resident gets a key fob and is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Fraser Court. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as required.
