Student Houses offers a range of facilities tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. With self-catered rooms, students can find a comfortable and supportive environment both in their rooms and also in the sociable kitchen area. The houses have well equipped with kitchen amenities, large rooms and comfortable living.

Student Houses is available for both undergraduates and postgraduates (total 146 students). Colum Road is a popular area for student housing in Cardiff, especially for those attending Cardiff University. The city centre is a short walk from this area.

Student Houses benefits from its strategic location, allowing students to easily access various transportation options. Building Security

Each resident's university student card is programmed to be able to swipe to enter the doors of Student Houses. Each room has a set of keys and therefore can be locked and unlocked as requested.
