These flats are suitable for postgraduate students, visiting academics and staff, and priority is given to those who are new to Cambridge. The Southacre Drive comprises 12 flats, accommodation includes both furnished and unfurnished flats. Tenants need to provide their bedding, towels, kitchenware, and electrical items. Microwaves are not included. All flats have gas central heating, hot water systems, and electric cookers. While washing machines are not provided, tenants can install their own, and communal tumble drying facilities are available on the ground floor.
